I love Seattle this time of year. It's awash with color, reds, oranges, blue-greys and deep greens. The full winter clouds haven't yet set in, but there are enough to keep the light from hurting my eyes. Tonight there's a surreal red glow in the atmosphere, it blankets everything in a color that is very much the essence of the season.
EDIT: Oh, and before I forget: AUTOGRAPHED TERRY PRATCHETT BOOK! SQUEE! I plucked it right off the Barnes&Noble shelf, meaning he was THERE and I MISSED HIM!
