New chapter of Life in the Service up.

Ok, I'm doing it.  I'm getting paid journal time.  Tonight.  So...will have new icons, customized emoticons, background, the whole works by the end of the weekend.  In a few days when I get it done, visit my actual page and tell me how it looks.

Hopefully will also finally write another chapter of Life in the Service.  But for now, for another long-awaited (I'm sure) installment of the ( Riza Hawkeye Armamentarium )
